Hey gals! Today I’m going to be sharing the November feature for the Art of Organics Box. This box features skincare that fights pollution & environmental damage – this is a very unique concept in organic skincare. If you live in an urban environment, I think you will especially be interested to hear and try these products.
But first, I get a lot of questions about how Art of Organics works, so I wanted to share the subscription breakdown.
There are three sign up options and they are as follows:
$41.95/month (for 2 months)
$39.96/month (for 6 months)
$37.95/month (for 12 months)
Each box contains minimum of 1 full size product, and the total value of each box will be a minimum of $85+. So the value is fantastic!
Skincare that Fights Pollution & Environmental Damage
The brand being featured this month is Amly Botanicals. They are a UK skincare line. They pride themselves on being scientifically proven to work, but also use very traditional methods for essential oil extraction, and all of their formulas are hand stirred.
The two products being featured are coined The Pillars of Protection, and come from the Detox & Protect line. More specifically we have the Digital Detox Silver Rich Face Mist, and the City Screen Protective Face Serum.
Digital Detox Silver Rich Face Mist
re-energizing and clarifying this face mist will protect from urban and screen pollution
Also combats the effects of environmental and digital pollution. It contains energizing ingredients to help with concentration and stress.
Intended for urban commutes, air travel and when using computers and mobile devices.
TO USE: Shake before each use, close your eyes and spray liberally on to face and your immediate environment. Use throughout the day to protect skin vitality and boost energy levels.
City Screen Protective Face Serum
- Unisex protective face serum that boosts skin’s resilience to pollution
- The key ingredient, Echinacea prolongs the youth of skin cells. It also creates resilience towards environmental pollution, detoxifying, balancing and strengthening.
- TO USE: Apply after cleansing to the face and neck using an upward motion. Best used after the Digital Detox Face Mist.
Both products are very grounding, earthy, and herbal – especially the Digital Detox Mist. If you have ever tried Laurel Whole Plant Organics, these products are very reminiscent of that line. The City Screen Face Serum, has a bit more of a floral scent. The ingredient list on both products is extensive, and complex. The Face Serum in particular has a beautiful texture, and I think especially if you love jasmine, this will be of interest to you. It’s a rich face serum, that feels beautiful on the skin.
Used in combination, these products are ideal for the urban dweller. I’ve never actually come across products specifically formulated to combat pollution and environmental stressors. It’s a very unique concept, and I’m sure many of you who live in big cities that have air quality concerns, would find these products to be an excellent addition to your skincare routine.
Be sure and watch the video to hear more of my thoughts. Thanks so much for reading, watching, and spending some time with me today. If you already have this box, please leave your reviews in the comments! If you want to pick up this box, you can do so here.
