I thought it would be fun to start sharing some of my makeup collection with you, and since I LOVE my RMS Beauty products even more in the Summer months, we’re going to start with my RMS Beauty Makeup Collection.
My collection started when I purchased the RMS Beauty Master Mixer, and to this day it’s still my favourite of everything in my collection. You will see it here in a bit. Let’s get started.
MY RMS BEAUTY COLLECTION
Above is a little visual of my entire collection. These pots are kind of addictive to be honest. Once I stared with the RMS Master Mixer, I quickly added to my Collection and my more recent purchases have been a lipstick, lip liner, and my swift shadows, which I adore!
One of the cult favourites from RMS Beauty has to be their Un Cover-Up. I have this in the shade 11 and it’s a perfect match for me. I like using it all over the face to add a little extra coverage, or as a foundation blended into the skin. I haven’t had the best of luck using it on my under eye, as it is a pretty creamy product, and it sits a little heavy on my under eye (I prefer a lighter coverage) and since it is a cream it can tend to crease into my fine lines. Placing it all over the skin is my favourite though, because it melts in beautifully and gives a pretty radiant finish.
RMS BEAUTY HIGHLIGHERS
Above we have the three highlights in my collection. Starting with the first and my very first RMS purchase is the Master Mixer. I LOVE that this was my first purchase as I adore this highlight! It’s easily my favourite and gives a beautiful rose gold glow without making the skin look too dewy and wet. It literally looks like the skin is glowing from within.
Next we have the Magic Luminzer, and the colour is gorgeous. I will warn though that this product is a little heavy and can sit heavy on the skin if not careful. So use a light hand with this one. You can likely tell from the picture that the texture of this product is a a little different and doesn’t contain as many oils.
Lastly the cult favourite the Living Luminizer. This gives a very distinct wet, glossy, icy highlight to the cheeks. It’s gorgeous! However, it doesn’t last quite as long as the Magic Luminizer or Master Mixer, as it contains more oil so it melts in a little quicker.
As I was slowly adding to my collection, I purchased the Contour Bronze, as I love adding dimension to my face. The colour and even the swatch looks so pretty, but on the skin, and maybe it’s because I am so fair, it pulls a tad bit grey. I would love to try the Buriti Bronzer to see how it compares, but for now I usually add a warm bronzer to my skin to balance out the grey. If you are looking for a contour product, this one certainly gives that true contour shaded look.
This is my one and only Lip Shine. I picked it out because I love the colour, and it’s very nice and hydrating on the lips. It gives a pretty glossy in finish, which is what you are seeing in the photo. There is no glitter or shimmer to it. I confess I don’t grab for this a ton, mostly because it’s a product that has to be re-applied pretty frequently, but if you don’t mind that – it’s beautiful!
Now I only have one Wild With Desire Lipstick, and the formula is super opaque and creamy. It does feel a tad heavy on the lips, but if you don’t mind that I think you will love these lipsticks. The colour I have isn’t a shade I would wear everyday, so I would like to try some of the other colours. Overall, I love the packaging and it’s definitely a longer wearing lipstick.
